• Implement marketing and sales strategy of fertilizer with farmer focus
• Understanding farmers'needs via farmers and channel partners visit, collect and analyze farmers’expectations and problems and propose related solutions to company;
• Act as anactive member in sales team to provide technical service & supports such astrials, demos, organizing technical seminars, workshop and training to introduce and promote products and crops solutions.
• Provide technical inputs/recommendation to strategy development and implementation based on analysis of product performance in comparison to competitive products and reports that define and rank performance requirements for technical success
• Provide technical support to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant,including handling/follow-up complaints on technical related issues. Guide and manage customers to use marketing materials according to company requirements.
• Act as Trusted Valued Advisors to the farmers at a larger account to identify future customer needs and determine their service needs, approaches and procedures to meet their satisfaction with products and services
• Analysis the regional market such as crop, product capacity, competitive products, etc.
• Maintain intellectual property rights of trade marks in regional markets and assist anti-counterfeiting work
• Other tasks assigned by superior leaders
• Master degree or above in Plant Nutrition, Crop Protection, Agriculture or related studies
• 3 years ormore work experience in Fertilizers, Crop Protection or related business,especially in fertilizer marketing/sales
• Languages: English reading
• Frequent travel within China required
• Identification with company culture, good team work spirit.
